According to some new leaks attributed to Weibo tipsters, the Xiaomi Mi 10's launch event could be held before that of the new Samsung Galaxy S-series phones. Therefore, the Chinese OEM would need to schedule this event prior to February 11, 2020 to make this a reality. However, the bragging rights of officially having the first Snapdragon 865-powered device on the market may be worth it.

The Mi 10 is also currently thought to have an 108MP sensor. The Twitter leaker Ben Geskin has reiterated this in his own latest post on this subject. In fact, he refers to a Mi 10 Pro here, which is slightly confusing as it has most of the same specs as in a previous report. However, this version also apparently has quad 108+48+12+8MP cameras and just 1 12GB RAM SKU.

This putative second Mi 10 variant has 128GB to 512GB internal storage options, and is touted to start at US$550. It may also look much like existing renders for this upcoming Xiaomi phone, and could also have a dual punch-hole camera. Then again, these leaks will be confirmed or denied whenever the new premium device is unveiled.
