We ship almost all over the world. On some products there may be some restrictions or they cannot be sent to some destinations. We will contact you if there are any problems.
Shipping fees
When you check out an order you will find the shipping costs to be incurred. There may be cases where the costs may be higher, in case you are contacted.
Shipping availability date
We ship your products, depending on the quantity requested and availability within 3 or 5 days of payment.
The arrival times described for each shipping method that the customer chooses during the order are only estimates. They can be greater if for example the customs authority stops the shipment for checks or other, we will not be responsible for any delays or missed deliveries (for any cause or reason and regardless of our control).
If an order is not delivered within 20 days of the estimated date of arrival, our sole and exclusive responsibility and your sole and exclusive remedy, in relation to the delay or failure to deliver and the consequent refusal, cancellation or termination, will be only a refund (without interest) of any payment already made for such order or transaction.
Insurance
Without a transport insurance, any order you make at UPBEY.com is only at your own risk of loss, damage or otherwise. Please note that, under applicable laws and / or international treaties, the liability of carriers, freight forwarders, shipping agents and / or other relevant parties for any loss or damage to the products they manage may be excluded, fixed or limited. We therefore recommend that you purchase an insurance to cover the risk of loss or damage during transport. You can contact us for any info about it and rates.
We carefully prepare and pack each product, ready for export. Deliveries should generally include standard one-way standard export packaging. (If, by way of exception, we assume packaging costs, these costs must be calculated on the basis of verifiable net costs). During transport, if damage or lost goods occur, we will not be responsible for them.
If you make the decision to purchase an insurance, it will be subject to terms and conditions as contract stipulated with the insurance company. The important thing is that the insurance coverage cannot exceed the value shown on the invoice for the items. In the case of insurance coverage, we ask you to submit a loss or damage report and we will make a replacement or refund only if and after the confirmation has been received by the insurance company regarding the acceptance of the complaint and the payment of compensation.
